Our immigration project is able to help with enquiries up to IAA Level One; this includes advising on simple immigration queries (for example, checking if you are a British citizen or have the right to work), and straightforward applications to the Home Office. More complex issues (for example, asylum, appeals, or legally complex cases) will usually have to be signposted to specialist advice as this is currently outside of our area of expertise.
